Didn't lose on phase 1.....

I just finished my 2 weeks of Phase 1....I hadn't weighed at all until now and I haven't lost. I am bummed. I know why, I wasn't "perfect". I only ate approved foods, but I ate too much of them. I know it's dumb, but I thought that I would at least lose some. So yes, I did this to myself and I know why. I tried to change the diet as if I might know better...hah!
Anyway...do I still start Phase 2? I've eaten too much and not followed the plan perfectly, but I haven't had fruit or grains in 2 weeks and I really don't want to keep that up....:(
