DS: Fat Free Plain Yogurt, sweetened with Stevia and Sugar Free Rasberry Syrup Frozen


Today:


B: slept through
s: 2 eggs V8 Splash light
L: Mixed veggies(Snap peas, Cabbage, Broc) Chili (turkey, kidney beans, tomato juice), Cheese
S: Turkey with Celery and laughing cow

Pretty good, I used to be an atkins junky and even LA weight loss has you start with carbs/veggies for three days so this part isn't hard, it's like day 3-4 that I normally slip, but
