I read all the book and can't find where people are seeing we're allwoed a 100 calorie snack each day. (Someone told me to substitue V8 splash lite in exchange for the snack??) Can you tell me where.

Then I was wondering about this. We had chicken sausage for dinner. It was ground chicken, cheese and spices, it was only 120 cal with 1 g of sugar, I know it wasn't the BEST choice, but it didn't seem to bad.

Regarding the chicken sausage, you may have chicken or turkey sausage as an occasional treat (approximately once/week) as long as the brand you choose contains 3-6 grams of fat per 60 gram serving.

Well that's good to know. I feel like I understand the whole "why you're eating what you're eating" part of the program but I feel like I missed the whole "here's how to do the acutal program". Like where did you get that from??

The book gives the whole basis and outline of the diet, and it's a great overall view.
