I have been on SB before. Then got pregnant and now have a beautiful 6 month old girl. Then came back. Then blew it. Now I am back, FOR GOOD! No more excuses. I am so tired of being disgusted w/ this body!!

So, today is Day 1 - Phase 1.

How have I done so far? What do need to make sure to get in the rest of the day?

Breakfast:
1/4 cup of Better then Eggs
2 tbs 2% shredded cheese
4 slices of jalapeno
5.5 oz v-8

Snack:
a handful of roasted Canalinni beans

Lunch:
1/2 red pepper
1 string cheese (2%)
low fat rotisserie chicken lunch meat
another handful of roasted Canalinni beans

Next snack will be:
single serving of lowfat cottage cheese
sliced tomatoes

Dinner: TBD

How am I doing?

Here are my goals:

SW: 186
CW: 186
G1W: 156 (by May 28th)
G2W: 140 (by September)

Make sure you're getting 4.5 cups of veggies a day. You appear to be a little low at the moment.

I am not nursing.

I was going to have my milk tonight (1 glass at dinner)..and then will my cottage cheese count as dairy?

So w/ my 5.5oz v8 at breakfast, my beans for lunch, 1/2 red pepper for lunch, another 5.5oz v-8 w/ my next snack, and tomatoes w/ my next stack...if I throw in a cup of veggies at dinner, is that enough?

Cottage cheese doesn't count as dairy.

Your cottage cheese (and any other form of cheese) counts as a protein.
