just wanted to stop in and say hi. ive been lurking for a while.
i am trying phase 1. i did it for a week and didnt loose a pound....cheated on super bowl sunday but got back on.
feel better during phase 1. no cravings really. not hungry.
i think i am not loosing because i was eating too many nuts and cheese. so i am staying on phase 1 one more week.
i made a smoothy and was wondering if it is okay with the south beach way....i didnt see anything saying that it wasnt. so here goes...
i used about 1 cup plain yogurt; 1 well round tbsp natural pb; 1 tbsp of whey protein; 1 tsp flax seed; less than 1/4 cup of soy milk; 1 tsp splenda; 3 ice cubes; used the bullet to mix....i love it and i dont get hungry....
so whats the verdict?
cant wait to hear...

When you say you're doing Phase 1 for another week, do you mean you're going to be on it for three weeks?

Also, on your soy milk, make sure it's SBD friendly, which means no sugar.
