Newbie with a question

I tried searching "hummus," boy that stuff is popular here! Lots and lots of messages, I couldn't find the answer to my question though...
Which "hummus" is legal in phase 1? Is there a certain type? Do I have to make it myself from garbonzo beans? And does it count as a legume?
Also, do the flavored soy drinks count as a milk serving (I think they are called soy slim or something like that)? What type/flavor is allowed in phase 1?
I guess I should say hi, too! My name is Mary, I only need to lose 10-15 pounds, but am starting SB for health related reasons. After a lot of research I am 100% certain my IBS, anxiety and headaches are due to HFCS and chocolate intolerance (wahhhhh...I am a sweets lover!). I have been a pretty successful Weight Watchers lifetime member, but do tend to spend a lot of points on sweets and processed carbs (you know the stuff that claims to be "healthy" but is really a little bag of chemicals?).
I really think this is what I need to do, and I know that after phase 1 detox I will feel like a new person just from eliminating these foods from my diet.
I will start posting my daily journal here, and would love any feedback that you pros can offer.
Thank you in advance, although I have spent the majority of my adult life watching what I eat, this is a very different approach for me!
