P1 Day 1 (well ya gotta start somewhere!)
Here is my day:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs, 1 veggie sausage, 1/2 cup spinach
Snack:
Grande sugar free non fat Latte (2 milk servings)
Lunch:
2 ounces chicken (oops!! I'm Catholic and forgot it is Friday...oh well), cherry tomatoes (about 5) with 1 tbsp hummus
1 low fat mozzerella string cheese
Snack: 15 almonds, 1 sugar free jello cup
Dinner:
3.5 ounces tilapia cooked in 1/2 tsp olive oil
eggplant with stewed tomatoes and a sprinkle of low fat mozzerella, cooked in a dash of olive oil
I did pretty poorly on water today, will increase tomorrow.
Any thoughts? Did I leave anything out or over do anything? Should I add more veggies?



I always forget Fridays during lent, too.
