Is cheez whiz allowed?  I know it is not the healthiest-processed cheese.  I like to use a little, thinned down with milk to put over my veggies sometimes.  Veggies are hard for me so doing this would help.

Thanks,

Crystal

Sorry; it's not legal.

Crystal,

You'd be amazed at what a squeeze of lemon juice does for veggies!

Try these flavors on your steamed broccoli:

  • lemon

  • lemon-pepper

  • soy sauce

Or, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper (and herbs if you like) and roast until the florets start to turn brown...tons of flavor!

There's also added sugar in Cheez Whiz that makes it a no-no.
