Technically, this is my third time to so SB.  The first time I can't remember why I quit, the second time I got pregnant and had really bad sickness and couldn't stand the sight of vegetables.  I have been trying to get back on track since I had the baby in December, but due to the holidays, family in town, and stress, it has been VERY difficult.  I continuously keep sabotaging myself.  This is my first time on this board.  While I was pregnant, I joined the expecting boards and found tons of support.  I have come here in hopes that this time this will help me stay on board.  My goal is to lose 30lbs,  20lbs to pre-pregnancy weight (I gained WAY too much during pregnancy!)  Anybody have any advice as to what keeps them motivated?  I find it more difficult being the only one in my house who needs to lose weight, and I don't really have any friends that I can rely on to keep me on track.
