I did really well my first week...lost 5 lbs. However, I attended a funeral of a close co-worker/friend on Tuesday and just didn't care what I ate...I did well again on Wednesday, but then Thursday and Friday did poorly again (meaning, I ate some cookies, had chicken nuggets on Thursday, and pizza last night!) I am pretty sure the cookies I ate on Tuesday triggered some cravings, so I feel like I should stay on Phase 1 for a couple more days to get those under control. (I should be moving to Phase 2 on Monday...) I guess I'm just looking at it as if I were in phase 2 already and messed up, I would go back to Phase 1 for a couple of days...
Thanks for any advice! I am going to try and stay focused this weekend (even though I have a baby shower and girl get-together tonight!)

You do have a lot going on this week with a funeral, a shower, and a girls-night-out.
Move on...your body is ready for its fruits and grains again.
