Headache already?

Do you think it's possible to have a 'detox' type headache on day 1, this time of the day, already? I was naive enough to think that I wouldn't get one, since I ate so well and was so enthused. So silly of me!

Usually it's around day 3 or 4 that your body really starts to feel the effects.

Well then maybe I'll still avoid it. I didn't recall feeling at all ill last go round. I wonder if this is because i've only had 2 cups of coffee today. Hmmm....

Yes, if you're used to more than 2 cups a day it could be a headache from the decrease in caffeine.

Thank you! You're right. I can do anything for two weeks. And the older I get, the more quickly 2 weeks passes anyway. ;)

Thank you for the reminder on that thread Maggie. I'll check it out.

Hey Becky,
When I did P1, I had a headache for the first 2 days. I def think I was going through caffeine withdrawals. Good luck and keep up that awesome PMA!!! (positive mental attitude)
