need to do phase one again
I did phase one, and started phase 2, then just stopped. Well just Monday I found out that we are going to Jamacia in October, so I need to start over, and really stick with it. I am not looking forward to doing phase one over, but feel I have to so that I can get the craving back out of my system.
You probably truly don't need to do Phase 1 over again...and in fact, it's not really recommended.

Welcome to the board! Like the others said - a full 2 weeks in phase 1 is probably not necissary. Its important to look at the big picture with weight loss. Its not necissary to go all the way back to square one every time you slip. If you were climbing a mountain and fell back a few feet you wouldn't gather up your gear, go to the bottom and start over. You would just keep going from where you slipped.
It sounds like you have great motivation with your upcoming trip! We are going to Jamaica in July for our 10th anniversary. Even though I have been at my goal weight for 2 years now, the upcoming trip made me really kick up my exercise, I want to look the BEST I possibly can and I've gotten even more toned, lost some more inches and dropped in body fat %. So trips can be very motivating!
