Phase 1 Tomorrow

Phase 1 starts tomorrow!
My freezer is semi-organized, the veggies, salmon, and chicken are on top.
The cheese sticks, cottage cheese, and yogurt are within easy reach in the fridge.
I'm spending my day re-reading journals, recipes, and tips to make organizing meals and snacks for the week easier. I might even start prepping some meals.
Now, I just have to wait for my scale to get here....

I generally have a Venti Skinny Vanilla Latte every morning. I know this is dairy because of the milk, but does anyone know how much it actually is? Should I have yogurt and the latte to cover the 2 cups of dairy, or is the latte enough? If it makes a difference, I'll most likely be drinking them iced this week.
Also, something that I was noticing last week was that although I always thought that I was always so busy at work that I never got hungry during the day that wasn't entirely true. What was true was that during the morning/early afternoon I wasn't hungry because I had my latte and was slowly drinking that for a good 4 or 5 hours. It was a few hours after I'd eaten lunch that I would get the munchies. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that when we were REALLY busy (think 7 a.m. to 9 or 10 p.m. every day) a co-worker and I'd go for a Starbuck's run around 5:00 and by the time dinner got there at 6 or 6:30 I wouldn't be as hungry and I wouldn't finish whatever I put on my plate (family style - almost always Italian...I'll be full of questions come November!) and would finally throw it all away by 8:00 or so. My point is that even before starting, I think I actually *get* the eating every few hours part.

Hi,
That's a good question.
Welcome! Sounds like you're ready to go.
I never thought about the cappuccino's or latte's at Starbucks as counting toward dairy! Interesting.
