Finding myself too full

So full that I am just barely fitting in the basics, I can't imagine making sure to get my dairy which I've been forgetting almost daily, and now soon here, I'll be adding grain and fruit. Does anyone else feel like they eat all day long and they're always full? I know I shouldn't skip snacks, but maybe I should eat smaller meals overall then? I did overeat accidentally for breakfast. Too much protien. Duh!
I should not complain about feeling always full huh? But it's a strange concept to me to eat when I don't feel those hunger triggers (which were always growly tummy, sugar dropping symptoms, etc...)

Hi Beck!
Hi,
This is very common.
Cathy, YAY to this statement. Thank you! I don't think I ever knew the real difference between cravings and hunger. I knew based on what was posted here, but feeling it for myself was different. Thank you for the encouragement. Now I know I am probably save to move on the P2, nice and easy.
Maggie, thanks. I guess I felt like a glut to overdo on the protien. But more than whether that was too much, it took up room for veg and I didn't have enough of it today. I had some in my fritatta, but it wasn't quite the 1/2 cup. Man, I wish I could be a grown up and get over my intense dislike for V8. It'd be so much easier! :)
Becky,
I'm a former v8 hater.
Becky, do you like regular tomato juice?
These are all great ideas. I do need to try it. Good idea w/the straw!
Maggie..I hate tomato juice. in fact, i hate most things that include raw or cold tomato. I am learning to like some though. Working on it!
Becky, did you get your test results back from your doctor, yet?
