Another newbie starting today (3/17)

I made out my menu for the week and went grocery shopping on Saturday. I spent yesterday doing some prep work cutting up veggies, boiling eggs, making desserts and veggie quiche.
I was on a roll this morning. I got all my meals put together and packed for the day. I sat down to enjoy my veggie quich with a tad of light sour cream & salsa on top for breakfast, YUMMY!!!! Then proceded to spill it down my pant leg, over my socks and onto the floor after only getting through half, ARGHHHH!!! After getting it cleaned up I was running short on time to get out the door so I through together a protein shake to drink at work to finish off my breakfast.
Anyway, day 1 is definately off to a rocky start, LOL. It can only get better from here, right?

Great job Karen! I made that mousse for my first week (last week) too, and it was wonderful! Such a great treat. I am finding my favorite treat, when I have tummy room (have skipped sweets last few nights) is the fudgesicles with peanut butter. I am a sucker for peanut butter cups. That and a bit of light whip and I am in heaven for a few minutes. ;)
