Day One of Phase One Down!

Hi all! I have officially completed Day One of Phase One and so far, I feel GREAT! The only thing that perturbed me today was my salad at dinner. I looked down when I was taking the last bite and thought "Oh NO!!! There's something in this that I'm not supposed to have." It didn't hit me until just then that I bought bagged salad greens with shredded carrots. Oh well....live and learn. :) It was only my first day. Going forward, I will post this in the journal section, but here is what I had today:
- No Breakfast because I waaaay overslept and didn't want to be late for work!
- Mid Morning: 1 Liter of Water with a packet of sugar free Crystal Light Raspberry Ice
- Lunch: Mixed Salad with lettuce, cucumbers, lowfat cheese, tomatoes and lemon pepper tuna. Basil Ranch dressing (Only 1 carb!) 2 - 16.9 oz. bottles of water
- Mid Afternoon: Special K Protein snack bar, 1 - 16.9 oz. bottle of water
- Dinner: Baked Tilapia fish with 2 tbsp. horseradish sauce (in place of my beloved tartar) and large mixed salad (too bad it had carrots!) with basil ranch dressing, 1 - 20 oz. glass of water and a Diet Dr. Pepper
I know just in looking at my food journal that I need way more veggies. Anything else I'm missing? Also, what types of salad dressing are the best for Phase One? I missed my workout today, but plan on catching up tomorrow.

You've got to do some better planning because eating regularly is very important on South Beach.

You're right, in that the SBD bars aren't legal until Phase 2.
