Long time lurker starting P1 today!

I have been lurking for a long time.  I have been losing/gaining the same 15 - 20 pounds for a few years now.  Right now I am 5'5" and 175 pounds.  I am not happy with this at all.  With the spring/summer approaching, I am determined to not have another season where I don't want to put on a bathing suit or pair of shorts.  I started P1 today.  I work a double shift today, so it was hard to pack it all up, but here's my menu.  Please let me know what you think.

Breakfast:  2 c. coffee w/Splenda, skim milk; 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1/4 c. salsa & 2 tpsp. reduced fat mexican cheese.

Lunch:  Big romaine salad with turkey breast, lots of allowable P1 veggies, creamy italian dressing (was within the sugar allowance).

Dinner:  Another big salad w/grilled chicken, Ken's Light Italian dressing.

Snacks:  1 cheese stick and 12 almonds.

I want to do this right!  Please let me know if I am off track with this menu.  Tomorrow I'll be home, so I'll eat some hot meals, but working the double today, this is the best I can do.  I really appreciate any input.  You guys really know what you're talking about!!

I just guesstimate and sprinkle some in......I probably start with a teaspoon amount and then taste it and see if I want to add more or not. Just depends on how sweet and/or fruity tasting you want it. I have used peach, strawberry banana, lime, strawberry kiwi and someone here said that if you use the orange then it kinda taste like an orangesicle ( ya know the orange popsicles with the vanilla ice cream in the middle). I have not tried that yet but I am looking forward to it.

Plain yogurt also tastes great with some sugar-free pudding powder stirred in, too.
