Anyone else doing Phase 1.5 - a do-over?

Sheila and I are both re-doing phase one in variations - just curious if anyone else is doing anything along the same lines.
I call it phase 1.5 - lol since I do a grain and a fruit serving per day.
I've been dealing with usual cravings - mostly for chocolate and sugar, cakes, bread, and soda - which were all my no-no that's how I got fat foods.
The craving seem to be gone - vanished without a trace today, but I am going to stick with phase 1.5 for just a couple days to see how it goes.
Here's what I've had so far and I am thinking some NSA buttercream ice cream is my snack later on.
BREAKFAST - 3 scrambled eggs w/ mozz and salsa, bottle water, caffeine free diet pepsi (CFDP)
SNACK - small salad - 2-3 cups spinach, few tomatos, few chick peas, 1/3 orange pepper and 2T dressing
LUNCH - chunks of white chicken breast dipped in SF southwest creamy ranch, bottle water, CFDP
SNACK - 2T (maybe 3?) chunky peanut butter
DINNER - 1/2 cup angel hair pasta, extra lean turkey meatballs, 1/4 cup green beans
SNACK - (when Sean gets home and eats) medium salad (3-4 cups) spinach w/ grapes and 2T dressing
I just decided to nix the ice cream - it already feels like a gateway food.

Me too. Actually I call it Phase 2 light. I am following a strict week 1 of phase 2 just to get my eating back in control since returning from vacation.
Is week 1 of phase 2 - 1 grain and 1 fruit?
Phase 2 lite, lol that's funnier than phase 1.5.
I kinda' did that for a few days.
I can't figure out if mine are already gone - and if they are why were they here and what ended them?
Today was a really hard day with the kids and an incredibly emotional day - very upsetting w/ the loan stuff - so if it were emotional eating, I should have been out of control again - but I'm not. Not even close!
I can't relaly pin it on AF - anyone ever heard of post-ovulation cravings?? no!

Jennie - I love the idea of following a Phase 1.5!!
Even though I am to have three grains/two fruit, I find that my cravings for something sweet are increasing as I am adding them...I guess I am really sensitive to these things.

Phase II lite did not go well yesterday.. For some reason I just ate junk
