I'm going to take the suggestion and use a journal. It doesn't look like anyone is doing the daily check-ins anymore, but I need it to keep me honest.

GW: 170 (first goal)
Breakfast: fruit smoothie (banana, peanut butter, ff plain yogurt, splenda, ice)
Lunch: big salad with lots of veggies, feta, chick peas, turkey, BV, dried cherries
Dinner: Wendy's chili, Triscuits, carrot sticks
Snack: fruit smoothie, probably mandarin oranges this time
I was pretty true to my plan yesterday, although I did have one bite of this dark chocolate figurine my boss brought me back from his holiday in Paris. I have to be honest. I'm not throwing or giving that away, so I'm just going to have to eat it in small portions until it's gone.
