Today is day 11 of SBD for me.
Exercise: I walked to and from ds's school twice and did more walking later in the day. I'm not adding in too much exercise yet as I want to get used to this way of eating first. It's like I'm learning to cook all over again! It's stressful enough learning that.
Breakfast: one cup coffee, one sausage and egg cup, V8, plain yogurt with PB and splenda.
Snack: one string cheese stick
Lunch: 2 c. salad topped with diced chicken, sliced cucumbers, and roasted red peppers. I used Newman's light Italian on it.
Snack: 1/4 cup roasted chickpeas
Dinner: Pizzaburger (thanks whoever posted that recipe!) topped with a little extra tomato sauce, 1 c green beans, 1 c salad with ranch dressing, SF raspberry jello with a squirt of Rediwhip. Mmmm!!!
Late night: 1 cup homemade south beach friendly hot cocoa
