Tuesday, 12/4
Difficult times lately. Stepson's wife just left him with their 6-month old baby, our only grandchild. She wants a divorce. I had a really bad day yesterday, I didn't work out - felt exhausted. Will try to get mentally back on track.
Exercise: daytime- mindfully moving more during work, carrying things to other offices personally, etc.
evening-
home treadmill 27 mins.
bike 25 mins.
deep stretch.
Fuel:
6:30 - Special K Protien Plus & Uncle Sam in skim milk. low-sodium V8. supplements.
9:00 - coffee, splenda
(I should have had a snack, and didn't! Working on this!)
12:40 - ww english muffin, tuna. celery stalks, 1 wedge LC cheese. Water.
3:00 - white tea with citrus flavor, Splenda.
5:30 - pear.
7:45 - dinner salad with mixed greens, shredded carrot, grape tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, red roasted pepper, olives, chopped BBQ chicken, lt dressing.
whole-grain bread w/Fleischmann's spread. Skim milk.
8-9:00 - 24 oz. water.

The past weekend could have been better, but not too bad under the circumstances.

Work has been a real challenge between being locked in at my desk (busy), all the snacks brought in, and the endless lunches to go to.

Okay, yesterday I started exercising in the AM! :-D
