Not a very festive title for my journal, but I'm using a little tough love on myself! I've got to start feeling in control and physically better again....I know this WOE is the answer!

I went a little over board on the treats last night. I had 2 SB peanut butter cups and then 2 small pieces of dark chocolate. In the scheme of things, I did okay and I'm already starting to feel a little better physically. I'm hoping that in

Yep. As far as I can tell they are loose! I nuke a fudge pop for about 10 seconds. It's still fairly frozen, but some is melted when I push it off the stick and into a bowl. Then I add 1 tablespoon or so of natural pb and a quick squirt of reddi whip. If I just fold it together, it's not so loose, but if I really mix it (and prefer it this way) it's very loose. Still yummy though!
In the past I have tried to do this and then refreeze it into a cupcake liner paper. I didn't find it to be worth the effort.
