I'm late getting started in the month but I seem to be cheating almost daily so I need to post to keep myself accountable. Today was horrible. We had our office Xmas party and I had a little bit of everything, including a piece of chocolate cake.

Tomorrow is a fresh start.

Weight Last Week 148.6
Weight Today 150.4

All the chocolate I've been sneaking myself has finally caught up with me. For the last week there has always been a box of chocolate or tray of cookies in the lunch room and everytime I walk by I have been grabbing one. It's 2:00 and I haven't even gone in the lunch room (yeah me!!). I've been sticking to plan today except I need to start drinking my water.

Yesterday was an ok eating day and then I went out with my friend for our semi-annual get together and had a few drinks. I feel dehydrated and sluggish this morning so I'll try to up my water intake today. I don't want to discourage myself so I'm not getting on the scale until tomorrow. Plan on doing my ab tape this morning, finishing up Xmas shopping and wrapping all the present before dd gets home from her dads later today.

Today's Weight 150

I'm not happy that I let me weight get up that high again but at least I'm moving in the right direction. I ate well yesterday and I actually don't feel tired today. I'm not a fan of dairy products so I might get some soy milk today and try making smoothies. Only drank 4 glasses of water yesterday so I'm going to try to get in at least 6 today.

B: EGG BEATERS WITH GREEN PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS AND ONIONS, V8

S: YOGURT

L: LENTIL SOUP, SMALL SALAD WITH TOMATOES, OLIVES, GREEN PEPPER

S: ORANGE

D: SALSA CHICKEN, BROWN RICE, GREEN BEANS

S: PB CUP (MADE IT LAST NIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND IT WAS YUMMY!)

Woohoo!!! Still moving in the right direction. I would love to see 145 before the end of the year but I'm in no hurry to lose this weight, my first priority is healthy eating so I feel better and have more energy.

Cathy-I found the Soy Slender and I really liked it. I have to have something chocolate everyday and I think this might satisfy the craving....at least for now.

No change in my weight today but I really ate well last night. Went out with friends and I got the surf n turf (little xmas present to myself). Only ate half the filet but all of the lobster tail. Made a smart choice and asked for broccoli instead of rice and didn't touch the bread basket.
