As of this morning I weighed 169.4! Finally! Only 20-30 pounds to go until I am forever done with being in this weight-loss phase of my life. I say 20 to 30 pounds because I have no idea what my body will look like at 140-150, so I'll wait and see how I feel.
I'm not big on New Year's Resolutions, mostly because they are forgotten after two weeks. But I do have a few that I plan to keep up all year.
1. Cook at least two new recipes a week. I got Veganomicon for my birthday and it has 250 recipes, so I have no excuses.
2. Workout a MINIMUM of 5 times per week. This is not too much and it's totally doable. I need to pump it up because I don't want to get comfortable where I'm at. So far, here's my plan:
Mon: 20/20/20 class
Tues: Step II or Body Pump (weight-lifting)
Wed: Step
Thurs: 20/20/20
Fri: off
Sat: Kickboxing
Sun: Treadmill or elliptical and weights
Ok, that's all for now. I'm sure I'll think of something else to add later.

Sorry I haven't been around. I'm still sick and getting sicker. Today was my first day of classes (I don't have class on Monday or Wednesday) and I didn't even go. I can barely talk and I have a fever. I also think I'm getting a bladder infection. Oh joy. :) I'll go to the doctor for that tomorrow.
So I haven't been eating much of anything, so I'm definitely not getting in enough veggies. But I don't really care because I know I'll be back on track in a few days.
Anyways, Biggest Loser is on now, so I gotta go!

Ok, I am almost fully recovered! It took a lot longer than I thought it would, but it's nice to feel healthy again! I'll start working out again tomorrow. I'm hoping to get in 5 workouts this week. I didn't eat much of anything this week, so I'm expecting my weight to go up about a pound when I start eating normal again. I'm getting my appetite back today finally. Yesterday we were out running errands for hours and hours. I was so exhausted at the end! We went over to our friends place last night and I was struggling to keep my eyes open at 9:30! So I don't have all my energy back yet.
Here's my food:

L: Banana and 2 cups chocolate soy slender. (about 11am)
S: Apple pie lara bar.
D: Ww spaghetti with pesto, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts, mushrooms and onions.
D: 2 squares of sf dark chocolate.
Water: 10 cups.
Exercise: none.
Weight: 168.
