Yesterday was my first day back to the gym in six months. I'm planning on going again at lunch time today but I'm going to take things slowly so I don't end up hurting myself or burning myself out.
I know there are a couple of recipes in the dairy thread but I use 3/4C chocolate soy slender, 1/4C Dannon Light and Fit Plain Yogurt, 1T of natural PB, 1/2t unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 packet of splenda. I added half a banana to it last night and it was really good.
I started getting a cold on Friday and when I woke up yesterday it was a full blown head cold. I feel miserable. My eating was off and I picked and legal and non-legal foods most of the day. My plan is to just get through the day and stay on plan.
Eating was ok yesterday but this head cold is still getting the best of me. I am going to attempt the gym at lunch today and do a few minutes of cardio and then work on lower body.
