One of my goals for the year is to continue healthy habits for myself and my family.  That includes eating the SB way and making time for exercise.

Tuesday, January 1....Phase 2

Weight 191

EXERCISE:  45 min cardio on treadmill/upper body weights/ab crunches

B :  coffee, banana/natural PB

L :  egg/sausage casserole, fruit (casserole was not SB but best option at football Bowl games party)

S :  FF plain yogurt w/natural PB

D : green salad, raw broccolli w/hummus

Water, water, water.....all day trying to rehydrate from too much wine last night :)  I know today's eating was not what it should have been, but it *is* New Year's Day!  Tomorrow is another day.

GOALS:  rewards to be determined later..........

#1 - 185       #2-180       #3-175

Hey Kim,

The pulled pork BBQ salad sounds really good!!! Can you tell me what all you put in it??? Our local BBQ place has this and I keep seeing it on their advertisements. While I would love to try their's, I'm very sure it wouldn't be close to legal!!!

TIA,
Rebekah

Thanks for ideas, Kim!!! I've often thought about stopping by our local BBQ place to see how they prepare that BBQ salad. I'm betting their's wouldn't have been as diet friendly as the one you had. I'm tempted to try a BBQ salad the next time I fix some pulled pork. Should be pretty easy!!!
