I do want to lose five pounds this year but instead of making that my resolution, I'm resolving to fully embrace Phase II. I feel like I'm constantly doing a day or two of Phase I or cutting my calories too much which results in cheating and treating. I know that I'll always treat every once in a while but since I love all the Phase II foods I really shouldn't need to do it nearly as much if I'm truly following Phase II. So that's my plan!
B: hb egg, oat bran cereal, coffee w/almond milk
L: homemade curried lentil soup (recipe from Epicurious)
S: cottage cheese w/blueberries, 15 cashews
D: chicken with dried fruit, cereal, some bites of my DH's moo shu chicken
workout: none (we had a houseguest so I had to bail)
CW: 134 on Saturday but for some reason I gained three pounds overnight that haven't gone away!
GW: below 130

I'm feeling really bloated.
I haven't been able to weigh in since Wednesday because we have a houseguest and the scale is in the guest bathroom.
Finally got a weigh-in.
B/L (woke up late):
So despite what I considered "pretty well" at my party on Saturday night I am up three pounds.
Ok, no more cereal after dinner.
I have eaten 1900 calories each of the past two days--MUST change.

Ugh!
Weight is still up at 136.5.
