Ok, so now on day three, I am feeling great  and still very motivated.  So far I am really liking the diet.  The food has been very tasty and satisfying.  I have not been hungry at all.  One hurdle I am going to have to face soon is a brunch I have to go to next week.  Everyone is going to make all sorts of delicious and tempting food and I can't have any.  My plan is to eat my breakfast before I get there and then to snack on the veggie tray.   Here's my menu for today:


 


Jan 3rd Thursday


 


B: eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, V8


L   leftover salmon and grilled chicken, side salad, dressing


S: cup milk, turkey, green pepper


D: Lean beef patty with onions and mushrooms, beans, green beans


S: celery, laughing cow cheese wedge, cup milk
