Day One:
Breakfast: Egg casserole (eggs, milk, asparagus, spinach, small amount of mozarella cheese)
V-8 Juice
a.m. snack: 30 pistachio's
Lunch: 3 bean chili, handful of lowfat cheese, 2 T. lowfat cottage cheese
glass of milk
p.m. snack: 1 hardboiled egg
Dinner: vegetable lasagna
green salad with ranch
Dessert: 1 serving of chocolate (SF) pudding

Sugar-free jello is fine in phase 1.
Day Three:

Day 5:
Breakfast: mock french toast (egg beaters with cinnamon and SF maple syrup on top)
1 large glass of milk
snack: 1 small cup of v-8 juice
Lunch: 1 scoop of chicken salad (chicken breast/LF mayo/cashews) on a bed ot lettuce, spring mix, snow peas, zuccini and dressing with feta cheese sprinkled on top.
Snack: 1 string cheese
Dinner: (Ruby Tuesdays) Steak, creamed cauliflower, tomato and mozarella salad and a little of my son's broccoli
Dessert: peanut butter cup (made from the recipe above)
Day 6:
Breakfast: Egg omelet with green onion, spinach, mushrooms and LF mozarella cheese
Lunch:
Day 7, End of Week 1.
