I have been working out regularly, but decided not to include it in my journals...just focusing on the food here. For the record, my workouts are looking something like this:


Monday: 30 min elliptical, 60 min body scultping class
Tuesday: walking or @ home pilates DVD
Wednesday: 30 min elliptical, pilates
Thursday: walking or @ home pilates DVD
Friday: 60 min boot camp class
Sat & Sun: none

TUESDAY


B: double dairy strawberry smoothie

L: Yesterday's funeral was postponed to today (can you imagine?) due to a snow storm that didn't happen. I'll be at the repasse this afternoon. It's at a fairly nice restaurant, so I'll pick on salad and other friendly foods then have something when I get home.
