Have been sick with stomach bug/issues and was out of work yesterday. I really didn't move from the couch much and only ate crackers, sprite, and a few bites of crockpot chzburger, and green beans for dinner. After dinner, I munched on some dry Kashi Vive. Not much sounded appetizing. Feeling a littler better today and am going to try coffee now.

Pita pocket w/egg beater, 1 turkey bacon, 1/2 slice RF cheese, 1 t RF mayo
Snack:
Coffee/RF creamer, FF yogurt w/1 c blueberries
Lunch:
Eggplant Parmesan frozen dinner, 12 oz V8
Snack:
FF yogurt w/1 T NPB
Dinner:
Leftover crockpot cheeseburger w/spinach, tomatoes, RF mayo, low sugar ketchup, mustard, green beans
Treat:
Blueberry apple crisp w/FF H&H

Exercise:
Lunch workout - Pilates (1st time in about 2 years!)
Water:
