Hello! I am new to SBD Phase 2! I am concerned about my food intake. Here is todays menu so far!
Breakfast:
Steel cut oats 1/2 cup
small piece of broccoli, egg and cheese casserole
coffee
snack: 1/2 apple
Lunch:
spinach salad w/mushrooms
and a little more of that broccoli egg casserole
Snack: peanut butter, yogurt, skim milk smoothie
How does it look so far???

For dinner I had salad with blue cheese dressing and a turkey sausage with sauce and low fat mozzarella.
I did not get in that 2nd dairy serving I guess...
Today I will try again.

This morning the scale stayed the same, I was glad for that!
