This looks and sounds great, Cathy!!! I've been looking for more recipes with scallops. We don't eat them often (at home), but it's DH's favorite seafood!!!

I'll check Whole Foods for that short grain brown rice. I usually buy my scallops there as well. I just don't trust our local grocery store's seafood department. It will require a special trip, but I'm sure it will be worth it!!!
