Exercise: 45 min Bike + Ab work
B: yogurt w/ SB granola and dried apricots
S: 1 cup of skim milk w/ coffee
L: Leftover crockpot chicken over a large bed of spinach, topped with bruschetta and a little shredded parm
S: 4oz cottage cheese, clementine
D: Out- no idea where or what will be eaten- I need to eat lots of veggies!

Today was to be my day off as far as working out is concerned, but laying in bed this morning I just could not justify taking a day off when I am so far from where I want to be. When they say the last ten pounds is hard to lose, they aren't kidding! This is a fight and a half!
