TGIF! I can't believe it is February. I got in great TM interval workout last night right before lost. I have a doctor's appt again today and will be off a bit on food times. I have lots of snacks to graze on today since I have a light lunch planned.
Weight: 157.4. same weight 3 days in row which is fine with me.

Breakfast:
2 Egg scramble w/MS saus crumbles, slice RF cheese, 1/2 c three pepper/onion blend. SF french hazelnut latte made with 1 c FF milk.
Lunch:
WW pita pocket w/slice turk bologna, 1 c spinach, 1 t RF mayo. 3/4 c yogurt w/ 6 strawberries.
Dinner:
1 c Chili (made with grd turk breast, turk smkd saus, 3-bean, extra tomatoes), RF cheese, RF sour crm. 1 c roasted broc/cauli/onion.
AM/PM Snacks: 12 All-Bran crackers, 1 T NPB. 1/2 grain svg spiced sweet potato wedges, 7 walnuts. 1/4 cup oats cooked with 3/4 c milk, 3/4 c blueberries.
