Unfortunately I had to cancel my doctor's appointment this morning due to weather issues (I couldn't get there). I am not sure what to do about my back until next Friday when I will finally see the doctor. I did some weight training on Wednesday but other than that I haven't worked out all week. I'm taking today off too. This is incredibly frustrating.
Today's weight: 135.8 (seems to be staying down)
B: hot oat bran cereal, hb egg, coffee w/soy milk
L: homemade spinach and chickpea stew, apple
S: cashews (unless I can find something else--I forgot to bring a snack)
D: large salad, pork tenderloin (if it's thawed), leftover ww pizza
workout: none :(

I was going to write this whole sob story in my journal about how my weight is up two pounds from last week and I thought I was doing really well but obviously I'm not and I can't work out because of my back yada yada yada.

I didn't weigh in today because we had that pizza last night.
