I think it's time for me to start keeping a journal! I started P1 on monday and have basically eaten the same thing every day this week. Because I go to school straight from work every day I eat all my meals in my office building. Lunch at 12:30 and dinner before I head out the door around 5.
Breakfast: 2 Hard Boiled eggs, 1 can of V8, and a cup of coffee with sweet n' low
Snack: Celery with Laughing Cow Light Herb cheese, 1 tbsp peanut butter
Lunch: Steamed chicken breast with steamed green beans
Snack: 10 cherry tomatoes and a cheese stick
Dinner: Steamed Chicken breast with oil and balsamic, asparagus and a diet coke.
After school snack: 2 slices deli cut boiled ham, 2 kosher pickles and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese rolled up.
I also drink about 4 liters of water and take a omega-3 supplement, a multivitamin, and a fiber supplement.
On Monday and Tuesday I was using powdered Coffeemate in my coffee until I read the ingredients and stopped that, and yesterday discovered that I should be using the "natural" peanut butter.

4 L of water is way too much to drink and can be dangerous because you wash the minerals away from your body. 2 L per day is enough for a normal eater and up to 2,5 if you eat lots of meat. Good luck on SB! :)
Happy monday everyone!

Don't let a temporary increase of 2 pounds bring you down; it might be water weight.

Dinner went well last night!! I had a delicious Spicy Chicken Salad, but I did deviate from the plan when I had a 2nd glass of wine.
