Friday, February 1....Phase 2
Gosh, that month went fast! From beginning to end, it looks like I only lost 2 lbs. But there was a 2 lb gain, and then loss on top of that.....so does that count as four pounds?? Anyway, as I keep telling myself, there is no time limit on reaching my goal. According to a SELF magazine article, my "happy weight" is 167. Since I'm 5'10" I guess that sounds about right. That's a little lower than the goal I set for myself...trying to be realistic. But I think I will be very pleased in the 170s. Heck, I'm pretty pleased right now :) This WOE has made me feel soooo much better, and the exercise only adds to that.

EXERCISE: rest day
FOOD:
B : coffee, MS sausage, minibagel, banana
S: nf plain yogurt w/NPB
L: ricotta cheese danish, salad, crackers, apple, green beans
S : more yogurt w/Davinci choc. flavoring
D : WW pasta, grilled veggies
I was really hungry most of today......not sure why. By dinner though, not so much.
#1 -185 use "spa day" gift certificate
#2-180 pedicure (if I make it here before Spring Break cruise)
#3-175 not sure yet...........
