Today's Weight 147.2
I'm still getting over the stomach flu so I just picked at grains most of the day and had a bowl of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup (it was the only thing that sounded good). I can't wait to feel better so I can start exercising. I maintained last month so I WILL see a loss this month.....even a tiny loss will make me happy.

Thank you. Feeling better today but my tummy is still a little off. I had my grandma's funeral today and we were away from the house all day so I ate what I knew wouldn't make me queasy.
I'm going to get back on track with eating tomorrow and then back to the gym on Monday. I just noticed the little roll around my middle is getting a bigger from not working
