OK, going to give this a try! And, as I type this in for my first two days, I can see I have come up short in a few areas due to busy schedule. Amazing, though not hungry at all, must be because I was constantly moving/busy.
February 1, Friday (ended up short)
Breafast -- coffee, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
Lunch -- large salad (3 c veggies) w/chicken, dressing; Yogurt, Nectarine
Dinner -- omelet (1 egg, 1 egg beaters) with 3 slices ff cheese covered with sauteed mushrooms; dried apricots; 1 grain of All bran crackers
Approx 72 oz water
February 2 -- Saturday
Breakfast - coffee, 1 c ff cottage cheese
Lunch -- 1 cup chili w/ground sirloin, loaded with veggies
Snack -- 2 fruits of dried apricots
Dinner -- 2 grains spelt pretzels dipped in mustard, with Diet Rite soda
Evening snack -- SB PB/Choc chip snack bar
Approximately 60 ounces water

Monday, February 4
Breakfast

Feb 5 -- didn't get a chance to record, was legal all day, got in my 4 1/2 c veggies, 2 fruits, 2 grains, 2 milk.
February 7
Breakfast
1 cup ff cottage cheese, coffee
Lunch
Veg chili -- 1/2 c beans, 1/2 c veggies
Broccoli
Triscuits, 1 grain
Yogurt
Snack
Kiwi fruit, small slice cantelope
Dinner
Scrambled eggs (1-egg beaters, 1 whole egg)
1 slice ff cheese
Sauteed mushrooms/onions (2 1/2 cups total)
All bran crackers - 1 grain
Snack
Will be having dried apricots
Water -- a little light so far -- 2 x 16.9 oz bottles + 1-20 oz glass, just filled a 20 oz = 74 oz.
February 8
Breakfast
1/2 cup ricotta creme
SB snack bar
Lunch
Huge salad (3+ c veggies)
Grilled chicken
Small amount of dressing
Yogurt
Snack
Apple
Yogurt
Dinner
1 c skim milk
1 c fiber one cereal (2 grains)
Dried apricots
Water -- 2 x 16.9 oz bottles + 1 8-oz glass + 1 20 oz glass =
February 10
Didn't record, had to travel for work, including plane flight.
February 13
Late breakfast/served as lunch
