Okay, figured I'd give posting my journals a try as I'm going up and down the same pound and a half!
Monday, 02/04/08
Weight - 164.4
Breakfast - egg beaters scrambled with peppers and onions, Trader Joe High Fiber cereal (2/3 cup), 1 link turkey sausage, cup milk
Lunch - progresso beef and barley soup, small apple, brocolli, SF jello (don't normally eat canned soup, but wasn't home to make soup yesterday!)
Snack - 20 cashews, celery sticks
Dinner - Chicken Tortilla Soup, cherries, cup milk
Working Out - - DH and I are hitting the gym tonight, so 30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical, then 25-30 minutes weights

I'm thinking you're probably going over on your grains.
2/3 cup is 27 grams, 8 grams fiber, 2 grams sugar...I think it's legal and have been counting it as one grain serving.

Plan went well yesterday, though did add a SF fudgesicle in at the end, and used some SF chocolate syrup in my
Back on track pretty well today - - just went back to full phase 2 - - I'm trying to let go and move on.

Weight - 162.4
Did pretty well this weekend...
Today 162.2 - - up and down the same pound and a half again!!!! Frustrating!
161.2 today.
