I am starting off late, but, better now than never.
February 4th
Breakfast: Old Fashioned Oatmeal (1/2 Cup) 1 Cup of skim milk, one small banana, diet coke
Lunch: Chefs Salad with Lettuce, broccoli, Turkey, hard boiled egg, small sprinkle of cheese, and olive oil and vinegar dressing. Diet Coke
Snack: South Beach cinnamon raisin cereal bar, Diet Mt. Dew
Snack: sugar free pudding cup
Supper: peanut butter smoothie w/ 2 tbsp. flax seed
Exercise: The Firm: Total Body Toner 40 min.
I switched from 5 lb weights to 10 lb. weights . Was totally exhausted by the time it was over.
Overall feeling for the day: Good

OK, I just realized how many diet drinks I have been consuming.
LOL.... when I was reading your journal for today that was the first thing that came to mind was how many diet drinks were in it.
You also need to eat more!
