Okay. After a week of travelling, and pretty much staying on track, I am back to journaling! I am at the beginning of week 3 of P2. Plan is to add in 1 more grain and 1 more fruit so I will be up to 3 and 3 daily.
Wednesday, February 6 (weight 145)
B Light and Fit yougurt with 1/2 c go lean (1st grain). 2 cups coffee with skim milk.
L green apple (1 fruit) with natural PB. grilled chic breast with lettuce, tomato, lf cheese, 1 slice ham. medium bowl of tomato and cucumber salad. water.
S Kashi - 1 1/2 pumpkin spice bars (2nd & 3rd grains). banana (2nd fruit). water.
D Turkey chili with cheddar cheese. handful of strawberries (3rd fruit). water. 2 dark hershey kisses.
EXERCISE - 35 minutes eliptical. Arm weights.
Thursday, February 7 (weight 143)
B eggwhite omelete with peppers and lf cheese. 2 cups coffee with skim milk.
S pear (1st fruit). 15 walnuts. water. (Dont know why, but having cravings for SOMETHING. I would usually skip snack b/c the eggs tide me over well into lunch.!?!)
L medium spinach salad with mushrooms, 5 cherry tomatoes, cheese, olive oil and balsamic vin. Light and Fit yogurt with 1/2 go lean.(1st grain) water. (Maybe I am coming down with something. Feel kind of achy and restless.)
S 1 cheese stick. green apple (2nd fruit) with nsa pb (just realized - went over on nut allowance b/c of snack :( ) water.
D 7 triscuts (2nd grain) with 1 wedge laughing cow. tomato and mozzarella salad. water.
D 2 dark chocolate kisses. After late workout had 1 kashi pumpkin spice bar (3rd grain).
EXERCISE - 35 minutes bike. leg weights.
