MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11th
Better late than never...see what I can remember from yesterday. I've been so busy with the DYKs that I haven't even bothered with my journal...not a good idea!
BREAKFAST: yogurt w/ PB & splenda
SNACK:
LUNCH: 2 MS Farms chicken strips; carrots
SNACK: banana-berry smoothie
DINNER: Baked Chicken Chimichangas; skim milk
SNACK: none (wasn't hungry I guess!)
EXERCISE: none--I really wanted to start getting back on track this morning, but my back was still hurting alot, so decided to give it a day of rest)

Gonna hop on the TM in a few minutes--I think my back is mostly better today...I hope...
Stuck at home *again* today because of the bad road conditions. School is closed (no real surprise!), so it looks like we'll be tacking yet another day onto the end of the school year. The kids and I are going nuts here, so I think we'll make a big field trip down the street (literally 2 blocks!) to the little town grocery store and see what we can find. We're about out of bread, totally out of fresh fruit & veggies, and the kids are almost outof milk. Though with the weather the way it's been for the past 3 days, I wouldn't be surprised if the store is pretty much picked clean!
BREAKFAST: steel cut oatmeal w/ SF syrup & diced dried banana; coffee w/ FF H&H, splenda, cocoa & cinnamon
SNACK:
LUNCH: 1 egg scrambled w/ spinach, roasted red pepper & onion w/ a little meunster cheese; s few pieces of dried fruit; 1 crescent roll (made the damn things for the kids, and they smelled so GOOD!)
SNACK: banana
DINNER: a few Triscuits; chili
SNACK: SF choc pudding w/ whipped cream
EXERCISE: 30 min TM--I'll consider this my break from the kids!

DD finally had school today! One kid down, one to go...hopefully things will be on-time tomorrow so DS will get a day of school this week!

SNACK:
LUNCH: mini WW bagel sandwich
Trying to atone for last nights' sins...
BREAKFAST: 2 WW pumpkin pancakes w/ SF syrup; MS Farms sausage patty; SF/NF caramel latte
SNACK:
LUNCH: roasted asparagus (over 1/2 lb!); soft-boiled egg; Triscuits
SNACK:
DINNER: DH and I have a date night! We have reservations at a Greek place we haven't been to in more than 10 years...
SNACK:
EXERCISE: lots of housecleaning!

LUNCH: Caribbean Pumpkin Soup
SNACK:
DINNER: Chipotle Chicken Sausage; Sweet Potato Salad w/ Smoky Chipotle-Balsamic dressing over romaine hearts; skim milk
SNACK: maybe a NSA choc mint ice cream sandwich?
EXERCISE: a whole lot of nothing!
BREAKFAST: yogurt w/ almond butter & splenda; SF/NF caramel latte
SNACK:
LUNCH: 1/2 chipotle chicken sausage link; sweet potato salad w/ smoky chipotle-balsamic dressing; roasted asparagus
SNACK: dried fruit; a few soy crisps; black tea
DINNER: cheeseburgers w/ white cheddar on 1/2 Ezekiel bun, w/ lettuce & onion; fauxtatoes
SNACK: SF butterscotch pudding w/ whipped cream
EXERCISE: 20 min TM (ran out of time!)

BREAKFAST: egg beaters omelet w/ asparagus, onion, red pepper & gouda cheese; banana yogurt muffin; SF/NF caramel latte
SNACK:
LUNCH: tilapia; fauxtatoes; brown rice w/ edamame
SNACK: banana-berry smoothie
DINNER: 1/2 chipotle chicken sausage; the last of the sweet potato salad w/ smoky chipotle-balsamic dressing
SNACK: SF butterscotch pudding w/whipped cream
EXERCISE: 30 min TM; stability ball/weights
