I will write in the journal until Easter - I have a possibility to be perfectly "on" until then, so I will try to do my best.
Phase one has given me 1/3 of my weight-loss, so I have 12 more lbs to lose.

Hi Nata!
Congratulations on the end of Phase 1. Are you happy with the results? Good luck with Phase 2!

I was on Phase 2 for 2 months last year - the weight kept coming off till I hit a certain plateau point (I hope this will not happed to you). Are you working out at all?

Hey! I am very happy about the results of Phase 1 but would probably not do it again and start in phase 2. It is important to think "health" and not "losing weight" if it should work... Learning!
I use a bicycle to work and back (around an hour a day) and exercise at home, but not much.. . How many days do you have left? Isn't it difficult? I went off phase 1 early because it was too difficult :(

Day 2
133 lbs
Valentines day resulted in 2 lbs. It's all right, I expected it to show up anyway.
I am happy that yesterday went perfectly well - the only thing was that I couldn't drink the water I was supposed to.
so today:
Breakfast: wasa slice with chicken filet and tomato
A.M.Snack: pistachios (30)
Lunch: omelet with mushrooms and a salad
P.M.Snack: skyr 0,2% (yoghurt) with tomatoes
Dinner: chicken meat balls with squash and other vegetables.
Dessert: a glass of milk 0,1%

Day 3
133 lbs
GRRRRRRRR, stupid stupid! It all started so well:
Breakfast: wasa slice with fresh cheese 0,2% and tomato
A.M.Snack: pistachios (30)
Lunch: chicken meat balls 5% with squash and vegetable juice
HERE is all went down! I ate pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, peanut butter, cookies, plain yoghurt added sugar and peanuts..
I need to change my tactics around nuts... I can't simply get enough.. I have to find other snack alternatives which doesn't involve cheese. I am not fond of cheese.
So for dinner I ate two chicken meat balls with vegetable juice. My only wish now is to hold on and not eat anything else today - then I won't gain any weight.
:(
I am not giving up though.. I am thinking now: should I:
*make tomorrow a day without food and drink only water?
*make tomorrow a phase 1 day with eggs, meat balls and veggies?
*continue with phase 2 (with wasa slice once a day)?

I don't know what to choose..

And one more thing: I think yoghurt never makes me satisfied... I am always hungry - even hungrier then I was - after some yoghurt ( I am speaking about plain yoghurt). It contains per 100 g: 11 g protein, 3,5 g carbs and 0,25 g fat. Should be satisfying because of high amount of protein :(

It never fills me up either, I mix kashi granola bars and berries in and then it sticks with me a little longer!

I guess I should stick with cottage cheese - there's a bit more fat in it (1,5%) but it fills me up much better...

Yesterday was a disaster!! In the evening my hubby came home and we ate together... I ate four wasa slices with liver pate, full-fat cheese and smoked meat... It was wonderful but I was out of control and made a dessert for myself: yoghurt with sugar, cocoa and coconut flakes. It was fantastic but today I feel really bad - not only because I cheated again, but also physically.. Bwrlah....

So today

Day 4

134 lbs

water

Tomorrow I'll have a phase 1 day and then go on with phase 2...
