Well i'm back once again ready to make SBD work for me.
My name is Stephanie and here are my stats:
Weight: 166 lbs
Waist- 26 inches
Hips 37 Inches
Chest 34 inches
Thighs L/R 23 inches
Exercise no problem do that 6 -7 days a week
Mini Goal Lose 6 lbs!
I will post as much as I can to keep myself accountable.
Today's Meal Plan was:
B: 4 Egg whites/Tomatoes/Onion/ 1 cup steamed broccoli 1 SL. Veggie cheese
l: 2 cups salad/chicken breast strips
D. Tuna with Spinach
S. Jello
2 cups Milk
Water 8 + Cups.

Thanks Misty for the warm Welcome back. I am really amped on staying focused and taking it one day at a time. I know that SBD works i just have to stay focused.

Day 2 went well here are the highlights:
B. Egg Whites w/Onions& Black pepper, Tomatoes slices w/String beans, 1 SL Veggie cheese, 1 glass of Milk with 1 pk. Diet Cocoa powder.
L. McDonalds Grilled Chicken Salad w/Almonds & Sesame Ginger Low Fat dressing, 1 medium Diet Coke.
D. Baked Salmon w/ 1/2 cup String Beans, 1/2/ Cup red Beans, 1 Cup of Milk
Sweet Treats: Sugar free Hard candy several.
Water 8+ cups
Herbal Tea - 2 Cups (Sugarless)
Exercise 60 minutes Cardio/Sculpting + abs.

Thanks Cathy!! I was a bit concerned about my meals today. Felt like I had to many snacks. I Just finished working out and burned about 200 calories. I'm feeling hungry again. I didn't think I would. I am going to drink
