Well, I am back here at the beach again after starting here about a year ago. I stayed on track for about 6 months and then gave up. I thought I could just "watch" my diet myself and do OK. Well, I now weigh the most I ever have in my life (except when pregnant) and I just have to do something about it. I am really excited starting again!
Monday
B:2 egg whites and Ham
L:Hot Dog with sugar free ketchup
2 C salad
S: V8 and cheese stick
S#2: 15 pistachios and broccoli with ranch dressing
D: turkey sausage with pizza sauce and mozz. cheese
D: South Beach peanut butter cup
I know the hot dog was not legal, but I went that morning to do my shopping and there was a gas leak at the store, so I had to go back later. The hot dog was kind of out of desperation to find something to eat that wasn't full of bad carbs. After I went shopping I feel much better.
Exercise: I usually feel pretty tired the first week of P1, so I am just taking it easy this week and will add in some exercise next week.

So far so good.

Day 5
Scale stayed the same today, but I am feeling really good.
Feeling good.
Sunday
Decided to add a grain and a fruit today. Looking forward to a little more variety.
B:Egg, ham and cheese
L:Turkey burger(no bun) with lettuce and sf ketchup, grilled aspargus and guacomole with thin crisp triscuits
S: Strawberry smoothie
D: L/O Rotissrie chicken and salad
Today I added exercise back in to my routine.
