It's been so long since I posted in my February journal, I figured I'd just start fresh :) I'm just getting over a stomach bug, so food has been weird and exercise nonexistent for days anyhow. All that nausea gives me a lot of empathy for pregnant women!

CW: 168.5
AFC goal: 164.5 (4 pounds in 5 weeks and 2 days... I'm hoping that's doable!)
Mini-goal: 167 by March 6, when I leave for San Antonio, and no gain while I'm there!
First thing: orange
Breakfast: sf almond roca nf latte; ww lasagne (less than a grain serving)
Snack: 1 oz. rf Cheddar
Lunch: Amy's ww pesto and cheese pizza, big handful of raw carrots and a sliced cucumber. I seem to remember reading this pizza is legal and 1/3 of the pizza is a grain serving --- I hope that's true! *had half the pizza since my lasagne was less than a grain serving. Will go light on the squash with dinner.
Snack: apple and 1T peanut butter
Snack: orange
Dinner: African chicken with roasted broccoli and acorn squash. The chicken recipe came from the Cooking Light site; I will post it if it turns out to be good. It seems to be a simplified version of doro wat, which we used to love in the days of eating butter and chicken thighs!
Snack: after dinner I had another orange. This puts me at at least 4 fruit servings for the day.
Exercise: about 20 minutes of shoveling: scraping packed snow and ice from the walk so the cute firewood guy wouldn't slip ;) My heart rate was definitely up but that could have been from looking at the cute firewood guy too...
Comments: not nearly enough water. I need to do better there.

I've never been there, so I'm really excited to go!
Deb -- I saw your note about your raised bed garden.
Joy, I love to garden, so this will be a long post!
