Day 1, Phase 1
Breakfast - 6:15 a.m.
-1 Omlet w/ 1 whole egg & 2 egg whites, diced: red pepper, green onion, celery and spinach. Cooked in EVOO spray.
- 1 cup coffee w/ 2 T. ff half & half, packet Splenda
Morning Snack - 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
1 Ricotta Creme - 1/2 c. ff ricotta cheese, 1 t. cocoa powder, vanilla flavored Splenda
1 cup Lipton Black Tea
12 almonds
2 SF Halls Cough Drop (throat is scratchy)
1 Lite String Cheese
Assorted Crudite dipped in 1/2 T. Hidden Valley Lite Ranch
Lunch - Noon
Big Salad w/ various veggies topped with one packet tuna and 1 1/2 T. Hidden Valey Lite Ranch
Afternnon Snacks - 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
1 cup Green Tea
1 Deviled Egg
1 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt mixed w/ 1 t. Agave Nectar
1 cup black bean salad (black beans, tomatoes, peppers, celery & green onion) tossed in lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper
I'm definitely experiencing cravings. My stomach is actually sending me signals to eat again. You guys weren't kidding when you said to arm myself with snacks!
Dinner
Stewed Chicken in Crockpot - chicken breasts, 1 large can sugar free stewed tomatoes, diced peppers, celery and onion.
Along w/ roasted artichoke hearts
Dessert

Breakfast:
2 slices turkey bacon crumbled into 1 whole egg, 2 whites sauteed with green onion and celery in EVOO spray
1 cup coffee w/ ff half & half & 1 packet caramel flavored splenda
Morning Snack:
1 cup plain nf yogurt w/ orange jello powder stirred in
1 cup green tea
1 cup decaf black coffee w/ two splendas (first time I've ever had coffee w/out milk or cream - didn't have any on hand)
Lunch:
Chipotle Salad - Romaine, Black Beans (not quite 1/2 cup), Fajita Peppers, Salsa Fresca, Green Salsa, Guacamole (which I removed
