Note to readers:  My doctor recommends for me a 1,000 calorie-per-day diet, due to my difficulty in losing weight.  I'm post-menopausal, and this is working for me.  I see my doctor monthly. Newbies:  SBD isn't a calorie-counting/restrictive diet.  Under normal circumstances, you can lose weight following the regular plan.  I lost 65 lbs a few years ago without counting calories, and maintained for a long time.

8:00 - steel cut oats (150), 1 T. chopped walnuts (26), splash of skim milk (20), low-sodium V8 (25) - 221


from memory:


1 c sugar snap peas, small ww wrap with turkey bacon, 1 slice rf provolone, lean ham.

cantaloupe slices


salad, shrimp low-country boil, 1 glass of Reisling


sf creamsicle
